I absolutely love this place! I have seen so much improvement with my body and my strength my deadlifts squats and bench has SHOT up in under 15 lessons. Huge props to David for helping me so far and wouldn’t go with anyone but him.

I have loved working out at Nex gen fitness. I’ve learned a lot from my trainers Katelyn and Maddie. And I have seen improvement just after months of going twice a week. Owned by Clint who is super helpful and encouraging to me! Highly recommend!!

I have been working out at NexGen Fitness for 8 months now. They really make an effort to tailor an exercise and nutrition program to your needs. Have done work outs with Clint, David and Maddie. If you are looking to train hard, I highly recommend Maddie. You will definitely see results. They also do fitness…
