Working with Nexstar was absolutely amazing! They build a great home and really stand behind their product. They accommodated all of my clients concerns, made the transaction very easy and repaired everything we pointed out. I had the pleasure of working with Charles who was very professional, answered his phone every time I called or text and made my clients feel very comfortable with their purchase. I Nexstar has beautiful house. We purchase a new build just a few weeks ago, the process was amazing . The team was very fantastic and helpful with the process and questions I had was answered quickly and helpful. From the moment we walked in we fell in love even though it wasn't fully done.

Thomas and Kevin (Service Coordinators) did a great job closing out the 1-year touchups on my Nexstar home. They were quick to respond and set up all trades in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with either Thomas or Kevin.

I recently purchased a home from Nexstar Homes, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
A special thank you goes to my sales agent, Justina Thoreson. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always focused on creating a win-win solution whenever questions or changes came up. She guided me through every step of the process with ease and professionalism. One thing that really stood out was when I initially signed a contract on one lot but later realized another lot in the same community was a much better fit for my needs. Without any hesitation, Justina simply said, "Sure, we can just sign a new contract for the lot you like better." That level of flexibility and customer-first attitude made all the difference.
The management team was equally impressive. It was clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure buyers are happy throughout the process.
The homes themselves are exceptional. Nexstar Homes offers a level of customization and quality that is often found in much more expensive homes, yet they remain very competitively priced. The craftsmanship, finishes, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
One of the biggest selling points for me was that almost all of their homes sit on one-acre lots with no HOA. That combination is incredibly difficult to find today and added tremendous value to my purchase.
Overall, I highly recommend Nexstar Homes to anyone looking for a high-quality, custom-level home at an affordable price. If you have the opportunity to work with Justina Thoreson, you'll be in excellent hands.
