Never will I come back to this urgent care because nothing is urgent for them! If you want to wait 2+ hours then this is the place for you! Front desk receptionist mixed my information up with a client who came in after me. It's only 1 doctor in the whole clinic!!! I waited 2hrs and no one was there just me and another lady!! Insane never waited in a urgent care for this long!!! NEVERRRR AGAIN!

I felt heard, safe, and that the provider gave me the best treatment plan. I've followed her directions and took my medication and I already feel better than I have in three days. I can't thank them enough. If I ever have another urgent need, NextCare Urgent Care is where I'll go.
