Technician was supposed to be here between 2-4. At 6:38pm I received a text that he was on his way. We were out of the house. He was a no show. I got a note saying treatment was “completed” It was NOT, nor were there any notifications that said he was here. I am outraged and feel cheated. I intend to pull my account. This is no way to do business.
