I recently worked with Jenna DeRose to place a tenant at my property in Swampscott, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Jenna goes far beyond the normal responsibilities of a real estate agent. What impressed me most was that she treated the property exactly as if it were her own—anticipating issues and handling every moving part so I never had to worry or chase her down for an update. Alexander helped us out tremendously after a very big inconvenience in our contract. He was not even the realtor representing us but still went the extra mile to correct the issues we were having! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone moving into or around the Boston area!

I provided a deposit on an apartment I was intending on renting. I was assured if I chose to not go through with signing a lease I would be refunded my deposit ASAP. After reviewing one the the weirdest leases I've ever seen, I decided to check the reviews for the building in question as well as the management company of the building. While my agent Julia assured the language in the lease was "standard" in MA, despite me having signed 5 leases in MA in the last 20 years, none as ridiculous as the document I was sent, I decided to pass on the apartment. The management company had many google reviews, only 2 stars. The building had numerous tenant complaints as well. So now I've reached out no less than 5 times about my deposit refund and keep getting told to e-mail someone else. I will be following up via small claims court instead. It'll take time to get my deposit refunded, but the courts will award damages etc to make it worth the effort of going through them instead of e-mailing anyone else at Nextgen realty. Not to mention, I'll never work with this company again.

I had an excellent experience with NextGen Realty. My son and I worked with Alexander Osornio and we couldn't be more pleased. In fact, Alexander saved the day. My son was running out of time looking for a rental before starting work. We had limited luck with other agents - whether it was lack of responses, or agents that simply didn't understand (or care) what my son needed. Alexander seemingly dropped everything to help us, and he detailed varying options/property types with my son. He thought "outside the box" unlike any other agent. Within 24 hours, we had our application completed, approved, and a lease signed. I give Alexander and NextGen my highest recommendation.

We've used NextGen Reality everytime we've had open occupancy at our building and cannot say enough great things about them as a whole. Ian Armstrong is fantastic -- he's always easy to reach, has always provided great applicants and helpful throughout the whole process with handling all the details + heavy lifting. My father also used him prior too, and also enjoyed working with him.
