Our exterminator's name was Reggie and he was great to work with!!
He had alot of knowledge, information, and experience which helped to ease our tension.
He helped us to understand, how and why infestations happen, and how it can happen to anyone.
Also, Christina. The lady I spoke to over the phone was awesome as well!!!
She took the time to talk me thru the process, and explain all my options and what to expect. Even down to identifying the type of bug it was. (Reggie confirmed it as well awhile he was here.)
Luckily, we are reacting to our situation immediately upon seeing them. So hopefully we can stop and eliminate the problem before an actual infestation even happens.
Unfortunately, babies were found so it wasn't soon enough.
As knowledgeable as everyone is at Nexus, and how personal they treat their customers, I feel we called the right people!!
Everyone's situation and problem is different,so patience is the strongest trait to display during your recovery/battle process.
As of now, unfortunately, we have to wait see any results but, if I remember, I'll update our results in 30 days again. 10/27/2026

We had our quarterly visit from Sam (who is a very nice young man), but the stink bugs and box elder bugs came on extra thick this year arriving about 10 days after Sam's visit. They were so bad some were getting in the house. I called Nexus and Christina set me up for the soonest appointment about a week away. She promised to try to get someone sooner if at all possible. And she did! We had another nice fellow (I think Quentin?) spraying the bugs the next day. No more bugs in the house! And true to their guarantee, no charge for the second visit.
