Shon was very polite and professional in answering my many questions. He did not try to give me a hard sell port or try to use fear to sell a product. His explanations were to the point and very understand. Two thumbs up.

I have been using Nice Pest for a few months now and am very happy with their service. The technicians are friendly and helpful. I have not seen a single black widow since having them service my yard and this was the most important thing to me given I have small children that love to play outside.
