Maddie was incredible during the whole process, The home was perfect and exactly what my wife had seen on her TikTok. Thank you again Maddie.
I walked into an Open House that Maddie was hosting. She has exceptional customer service skills and was able to articulate the floor plan and other new construction options very well. I would recommend Nicholas Construction just because of Maddie.

Friendly people!
Awesome service at the Expo!
I contacted Nicholas Construction about potentially building a new approximately 5,000 sq. ft. home after we sell our current home. They responded to me, asked whether we already had land, and we had a completely polite conversation about the building process, location, financing, and bringing cash toward the project. Then, without any explanation, I was blocked. For roughly 3 minutes, I watched the account repeatedly become available again while showing that someone was typing a response, then stop, and ultimately I was blocked again without ever receiving a reply. I’m genuinely confused by the way this was handled. If they didn’t believe our project or financing was a good fit, a simple professional response saying so would have been completely understandable. Blocking a prospective customer in the middle of a normal business conversation with no explanation was bizarre and disappointing. I guess they thought we couldn’t afford it so blocking was their best solution. Very strange behavior. Too bad, if this reflects their ethics, or professionalism, then I likely dodged a bullet by ultimately having to look elsewhere.
