Nick did great work installing beautiful window trim on a very wonky window, along with several other repairs around the house. He was quick, responsive, had good attention to detail, and was overall great to work with. Highly recommend.
I would like to give Nick my sincere graditude on his work today! I had a slight leak in my garage that was coming from the roof that I should've taken care of years ago. Due to my negligence, the door that leads to the house became serverly water damaged. I chose Nick & Sons because of the good reviews, and I'm so greatful I did! Nick came out to inspect the work a few days ahead, and immediately knew how to repair the roof leak and replace the door. On the day of the repair, Nick and his partner came at the promised time and immediatley started work. To my surprise, Nick informed me he managed to get a better constructed door than what I chose at no extra cost! The work was done in a very timely manner, and both Nick and his partner were very professional. They evern cut down my old door so I could easily dispose of it in my trash can, and again at no extra charge! I would definitly use Nick & Sons again for any type of repair and would highly recommend them! Very professional work and reasonable prices! Nick listens and commuicates with you to make sure he gets the job done right and to your satisfaction!!!! Thank you Nick & Sons!!!!!
For the last couple months, Nick has helped my apartment complex with a wide variety of repairs and improvements, and he has consistently done excellent work. After every tenant turnover, he is the first person we call because we know the job will be done properly, on time, and at a fair price. He repaired a ceiling in my own unit after a water leak caused by the previous owner and completed the entire repair in a single day. He also patched numerous holes left behind by a former tenant, repaired damaged cabinets and doors, installed new windows, laid waterproof flooring, mounted a ceiling fan, and completed several interior painting projects. Every project has turned out great, and the quality of his work has held up well. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. He also researches materials to help us get the best value. Small touches, like leaving behind the extra paint after completing a painting job, have been incredibly helpful for future turnovers. Nick communicates clearly throughout the project and works efficiently without sacrificing quality. During renovations, we trust him enough to give him keys directly to our units without supervision, so he has access to the property whenever work needs to be done. I highly recommend Nick to handle everything from repairs and painting to flooring, windows, and general property maintenance. His workmanship, fair pricing, and consistency have made him an invaluable resource for my complex.
We hired Nick from Nick and Sons after a recommendation from our real estate agent, who has worked with him for over a decade. It ended up being one of the best decisions we have made as property owners. The previous owners of our apartment property had also worked with Nick on several projects, which gave us even more confidence, and after working with him for about a year, we understand why he is so highly recommended. Nick and his team are communicative, professional, flexible, dependable, and incredibly trustworthy. Nick responds quickly, keeps us informed throughout every project, follows through on what he promises, and consistently charges fair and reasonable prices. The first major project he completed for us was a new roof, which we needed before installing solar panels. His workmanship was outstanding, the process was smooth from start to finish, and his price was significantly lower than the roofing quotes provided through our solar companies. Since then, Nick has completed numerous projects across our apartment property. He completely remodeled one of our rental units by painting the entire apartment, patching multiple holes, removing popcorn ceilings, installing recessed lighting, reglazing the bathtub, replacing the windows, and finishing everything in about a week. The transformation was stunning. The unit looked so amazing that we found a new tenant during the first hour of our open house. Nick has also repaired and repainted damaged exterior stucco so it looked brand new, repaired deteriorated brick walls for our neighbors the very next day after we contacted him, and completely remodeled our laundry room. Every tenant has commented on how much they love the updated laundry space. What truly sets Nick apart is his attention to detail and proactive approach. While working on the laundry room, he noticed old water supply valves and replaced them before they became a problem. He also identified that our water heater was nearing the end of its life and replaced it before it failed. In another unit, he remodeled a tenant’s bathroom by replacing the flooring and toilet, removing the shower door, building a custom-sized countertop, installing a mirror, and replacing sink and toilet valves that needed attention. He does not just complete the requested work; he carefully inspects everything and makes sure the finished result will last. We also appreciate how respectful Nick is when working in occupied units. He is courteous to our tenants, communicates clearly, works around their schedules, and minimizes disruptions. Our tenants have repeatedly commented on how professional, considerate, and easy he is to work with, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. On top of the larger projects, Nick has helped with smaller jobs too. For example, when we struggled to install bike racks because the walls were plaster rather than drywall, he came by and installed them for us without hesitation. After managing rental properties and working with many contractors, we can honestly say it is rare to find someone as reliable, honest, responsive, talented, detail-oriented, and fairly priced as Nick. He never recommends unnecessary work, always has our best interests in mind, and treats our property as though it were his own. Every renovation he has completed has dramatically improved our property. We recommend Nick from Nick and Sons without hesitation and will continue referring him to family, friends, coworkers, colleagues, and anyone looking for exceptional workmanship. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. Thank you, Nick, for all of your hard work and for helping transform our property into something we are truly proud of. We look forward to working with you again on many future projects!

Nick was fantastic! All I needed was a kitchen faucet installed and everyone I reached out to wanted to come see it first or was quoting a very high price. I found Nick on Google and gave a call, he answered right away, gave me a straight price and was even able to do same day, on a SATURDAY!!! He then showed up on time and got straight to work, was in and out super quick, very respectful, clean and kind! Really appreciated the help, you saved the day for us, Nick! Will definitely be calling again and telling others I know about your work! Thank you again!

I finally found a reliable handyman! He is very professional and we highly recommend his services. He’s reliable, showed up timely, quickly determined that the screen door we bought was too small for the opening. However, he went to Home Depo to purchase a piece of wood to allow the screen door to fit. We plan on using his services for future projects.
Nick is very knowledgeable about everything! His work is perfect! He shows up on time and his prices are very fair. He is very friendly and honest.
