My children absolutely love John! (Even the ones that have not taken lessons.) My daughter received vocal lessons and enjoyed them very much! He gave her so much confidence in herself with her singing. My son currently takes piano lessons and is always excited for his lesson each week! John is so patient and kind to my son whom is full of energy and struggles a lot with staying focused. He knows just how to pull him back in to focus! So glad we found John! He also makes the whole family feel involved and special! ❤️

The interesting thing is, he canceled on me 3 times. I didn't know why but I was understanding..he seems nice to everyone else.. niko help on a song I had and told me he'd turn the vocals down or something like that.. when I text him and then email after he kept canceling our appointments (3 of them consecutively) .... later for whatever reason he said he no longer wished to work with me and I had a lot to Learn. Basically said I was too much for him. I don't see how. I'm not one to be rude to anyone. Ever. I had no reason to be. But then he told me that his wife was in the hospital. (I guess that's why he kept canceling on me) I apologized to him and asked what I wrong. Told him I'm so sorry about his wife and how was I supposed to know that? I had no idea she was hospitalized.. but he broke it off and just stopped working with me.. he rushed me in the studio but I like that fast paced environment. Other than that. Yeah it was weird and confusing for me.. he never apologized or anything. I used to be real upset about this. You know it really bothered me not knowing why he did this. But I'm past it now. He's good at what he does but just hope he doesn't drop you because of his hard times. I think I just got unlucky and happened to be there when he was going through things.

I've been back in Tennessee from Oregon almost a year now, My husband and I didn't know anyone here in Clarksville. I decided to get back into the music scene and started looking for a recording studio. I found Niko Records Studio and found a recording home. John and Lynne welcomed my husband and I with opens arms. This is a nice, warm, professional, friendly, family filled environment. I've recorded several of my songs here and I plan on recording here from now on. A five star rating isn't high enough. Thank you John for all your help. XZAUNDRA

My son and daughter are taking vocal lessons with John. He is very kind and professional, patient with rescheduling when things come up for us, and he is so funny. My kids really enjoy instructions with him and I get a song recording in my email once they have completed a song. Lessons with him have also helped in raising their self-confidence. Highly recommend!

John “Niko” is genuinely interested in producing quality recordings and helping his clients maintain the integrity of their musical vision in the process. He has the right technology, gear, and knowledge to get you the professional result. He is very reasonable with fees. Another good reason to record with John is that he is knowledgeable about the inner workings of music. He is also a piano teacher. (John plays multiple instruments). These days, there are a lot of “audio engineers” that, because they have never studied an instrument, are not knowledgeable about music and the inner workings of accompaniment. If you go to John, he can speak the music terminology and he knows how to communicate with professional musicians. Besides being able to communicate with professionals, if you do not consider yourself a professional musician but have a project that is important for you to record, he will walk you through the recording process.

Our family first met John when he was teaching at our child’s school. We were impressed with his ability to connect with the children and to instill a passion for music in even the youngest students. John is very talented and an outstanding piano teacher, who demonstrates incredible patience during lessons. He is enthusiastic and ensures a memorable learning experience with encouragement and positive reinforcement. John conveys musical concepts in a fun manner and seems to truly enjoy teaching piano lessons! Thank you, John, for such wonderful piano lesson experience!
