My first experience with this company, and it all went very well. I’ve been interested in finding a mechanic for a while and this was perfect for me. They specialize in Nissan. Jeff was polite and direct over the phone. He quoted price and was able to stick to it. He gave a completion time and kept it. The vehicle has been running for a week now with no problem. Not only would I recommend them, I’m certain to be a recurring customer
Mr. Jeff Underwood was exceptional. He called us 1st thing in the morning and was very attentive to what we had to say. He researched our cars history and made recommendations.

Guy recommended i use seafoam to clean the carbon build up in a qx80 i had recently bought at 100k miles rather then walnut blasting..... terrible recommendation if you ask me id say a shop that claims to be a "specialist" should know exactly how a direct-injection fuel system works ...... prices seemed reasonable for full system flush (all fluid changes), but now im extremely skeptical 🫤

If you have a Nissan or an Infiniti in the Charlotte area and you aren’t going to Nisstech you are simply doing it wrong. I’ve been looking at different Infinitis to purchase for a while, and Jeff couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave a couple of cars a look and saved me from making a huge mistake and when I brought a car that fit his standard I knew it was time to buy. I will only be bringing my new car to him for any service or maintenance. Extremely friendly staff and I’ve lived in NC all my life and this is the first mechanic I trust 110%. These guys are the real deal and I can’t thank Jeff and his team enough

Fair prices and respectful, quality service - I trust the work these folks do - they know their Nissans! Came here for a once-over on a used-new-car and had them fix a few quick issues. Quick turnaround and generally just the best auto shop experience I've had. Jeff doesn't talk to you like a dummy and he definitely doesn't try to sell you services you don't need.

Jeff was incredible. I had a serious issue with my Marano on a Thursday night. He had me up and running and ready to go by Friday afternoon knowing I had a long trip back to New York on Saturday.
