Google reviewers rate Nixa Hardware & Seed Company 4.6 out of 5 based on 1184 reviews, with the owner responding to 36% of them. Customers frequently praise the store's extensive inventory, helpful staff, and small-town atmosphere, noting positive experiences with equipment repair services and competitive pricing on seeds. However, several low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with checkout prices exceeding shelf tags, inconsistent customer service quality, and a poorly functional online website.
