Nixxit provided a reasonable estimate for a small load of junk via a Facetime call where the estimator could see the material. That estimate beat another bid from a smaller hauler. When Nixxit arrived, the operator reduced the charge as my junk took up less than the estimated space in the truck. The junk was quickly loaded, payment made and the job done. Super easy!

Nixxit continues to be awesome! I've worked with them 3 times in the last 2 years and they've been great every time. All the folks who have come out to take our stuff have been kind, efficient, and a pleasure to meet. Scheduling is easy and flexible, and I love how they not only take junk and recycling, but also lightly used or unused items that can be donated (I've donated functional workout equipment, household equipment, and books so far). Real convenient to have all of that done by a single service. Will likely hire them for years to come!
