My sessions with the hand therapists were very helpful as I learn to manage my rheumatoid arthritis. Mitch and Anna are very knowledgeable and practical and are great people as well.

I enjoyed all the therapists. The instructions each one gave were well thought out. They never seemed in a hurry. My one wish would be to have the same therapist for all the sessions. I feel it would be better continuity of care.
I was in the move plus program with Rachel and Kaylee and it was wonderful! I was using a cane and could hardly walk or move my neck in the beginning of this program. It has been 17 weeks and I am joining a gym, riding a recumbent bike on a daily basis, walking my dogs and no longer using a cane! They helped me tremendously! I cannot say enough good things about the program and Rachel and Kaylee. If you are struggling with chronic pain or fibromyalgia or just need an extra boost give them a call. I promise you won’t be disappointed with the results!

Rachel was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly individualized my therapy & strength training. Always on time, very attentive and always requesting feedback throughout the sessions. She was also very personable and fun to interact with making the sessions that much more enjoyable.

Jeff Palo is the best. I came in after a car accident thinking my knee and back pain would get the best of me & my life. After making every appointment Jeff Palo helped and reassured me that things would get better. Hugh difference in my pain now then when I started thanks to Jeff. We started with baby steps and increased as time went on. He never force strenuous exercise only what my body would tolerate. I kept these exercises in place while at home. Jeff informed me that if I keep this up I will continue to see good results. Thank you so much Jeff for motivating me to keep pushing forward at comfortable pace. My pain was a 10 now it’s a 2 continuously improving thanks to you.

Brandon is an excellent therapist. His ability to recognize my physical limitations and develop an improvement plan was right on target. He knew how to push me and encourage me to achieve my goals. His positive reinforcement and keen knowledge kept me focused and the physical improvements were very telling. I now walk alot better and feel the physical therapy I received made a major impact in my life. Thankyou Brandon and the entire staff at NKC Physical Therapy!
