During our 40-minute consultation, the conversation was active and covered a range of topics relevant to your situation, including communication challenges with your ex, the child support process and timeline, the judge’s typical approach, as well as extracurricular activities and parenting time. We also worked through some technical difficulties during the call and understood that you were attending to another meeting at the same time, which may have impacted the overall experience.
At no point during the meeting was any dissatisfaction expressed, so the context of your review came as a surprise to us. That said, we take all feedback seriously. As a gesture of good faith, we issued a full refund for your consultation. While we stand by the quality and professionalism of the time spent, we hope this helps address your concerns.
