I came to No Limits looking for accountability after not workout for 5 years due to back problems, and was scared to workout again. The trainers work with you on what you can and can’t do so you don’t injure yourself.

Thank you Dawn! We love that you're consistently working out...especially injury free! 💪
I have been going here for a month and it’s been amazing! Zhania and Haleigh are excellent trainers, they are always available to make sure my form is correct, as well as creating an atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this gym!

Marissa, thank you so much! We’re so glad your first month has been a great one. Making sure everyone feels comfortable (and lifts with good form) is a big deal to us, and it means a lot that it shows. Keep showing up the way you have been. Can’t wait to see where the next month takes you!

I joined No Limits about 6 months ago because I saw a friend post on social media how she enjoyed it and I watched her transform her body. I’ve never been a sports person, or someone that’s been on an exercise routine. I’m just shy of 61, have had both knees replaced, and my back has prevented me from obtaining good movement so I wanted to check it out. I met with staff and started the small group sessions and have been very pleased. My goal is to be strong enough to lift my grandchildren and to be able stay active as I age. I wish I had joined years ago! I’m so much stronger, and can easily walk 3-5 miles now and get up and down much better. My energy level has also increased. My back has strengthened and I no longer get back injections! I love the ease of booking my appointment and the variety of exercises. The trainers are helpful in encouraging and there to assist in a small group setting. They’re knowledgeable and help modify if needed, and guide me so that I get an effective workout. I’m stronger and more confident. It’s the best thing I have done for myself and encourage anyone wanting to improve your health and get stronger to try it out. It’s been a game changer for me.

Beth, thank you so much for sharing this! Going from back injections to walking 3 to 5 miles and getting up and down with ease is a HUGE win, and doing it after two knee replacements makes it even more impressive.
We love that your "why" is being strong enough to lift your grandchildren. That's exactly the kind of goal that keeps us fired up as coaches. We understand the thought "wish I had joined years ago"... but the best time to start is always now, and you did it. We're proud of you and can't wait to see what the next six months bring! 💪

Before No Limits, I usually exercised on my own. Sometimes I was really consistent, and sometimes life got busy and exercise was the first thing to disappear from the schedule. I had tried plenty of programs over the years, but I hadn't belonged to an actual gym in a long time.
When my best friend and I decided to try No Limits, my biggest concern wasn't whether I could work out — it was whether I'd actually keep going. I didn't want to pay for another membership or piece of equipment I'd stop using, feel like I didn't belong or didn't know what I was doing, and eventually quit.
We felt comfortable from the first minute we walked in the door. We tried our first workout, really enjoyed it, and decided to sign up for a trial. The workouts were definitely challenging at first (and sometimes still are 😂), but I quickly started looking forward to going. I felt like I was accomplishing something, I physically felt better, and I genuinely enjoyed working out alongside the other people in class.
That's probably the biggest difference between No Limits and working out on my own. The classes are small enough that I have a coach there to guide me, correct me, and answer my seemingly endless supply of questions. There's accountability, encouragement, and a group of people who genuinely support each other. And I have my best friend beside me to remind me what rep I'm on when I've completely lost count. 🤣
Yes, it costs more than joining a big gym, but I'm also actually USING it — consistently — and getting so much more out of it. I didn't need exercise to become my entire life. I needed a place where exercise could realistically fit into my life.
I'm still the same person who walked through the door, but now I'm stronger, more consistent, and feel like I'm part of something. And I can now carry significantly more groceries into the house in one trip, which is obviously the true measure of physical fitness. 💪😂
I'm really glad we walked through those doors.

Kandy, this is AWESOME! "Carrying groceries in one trip is the true measure of fitness" needs to be on a t-shirt. What you described (needing exercise to fit into your life instead of become your whole life) is exactly what we're going for. We're thrilled you decided to walk through those doors, rep-counting confusion and all. Proud of what you've accomplished and excited for what's to come! 💪

I was shopping for a gym with a friend. I remember telling her we aren't committing to anything until we find what fit our needs. After learning some facts on rapid muscle and bone loss as I entered my 40's I was worried about the future of my body. Then, I got hit with perimenopause. For those beautiful ladies out there dealing with joint pain/body aches, I understand. I realized that this stage of my life was more than just dealing with hormonal changes but also a time to take care of my muscles and bones. The first gym we stopped at was No Limits Fitness (NLF). We met Jen and Jordan that day. They explained the type of gym NLF is. They work on functional training. That lined up with the changes I wanted to achieve. We joined on a try-out basis. From day one, I fell in love with working out there. NLF became a way for me to invest in myself. I knew I had to add resistance training to my life. I had no clue how to. NLF did that for me. NLF became my 2nd home. I'm loved, empowered and encouraged by my NLF family. The best decision I've made. It's been 4 months and I'm going strong and feeling confident in my body. I love that all I have to do is show up. At NLF, I don't have to think or worry about what part of my body I should work on or what exercises to do. All the thinking and planning are done before hand for me. It's cater to me and my needs. If you are looking for a safe place to work out, I challenge you to stop by and try it out.
Shout out to Zhania❤️, Jordan❤️ and Haleigh❤️.

Elibeth, this review honestly made our day. Thank you for taking the time to share it!
What you said about realizing this stage of life is about protecting your muscles and bones, not just riding out hormonal changes, is something so many women in their 40s figure out too late. You didn't. You did the research, you asked the right questions, and you found a place that could actually deliver on it. That's on you.
We're glad our functional training lined up with what you were after. Taking the guesswork out of it is the whole point. You show up, we handle the programming, and every session is built around you and what your body needs that day. Four months in and feeling confident in your body is exactly the kind of result we love to see.
And "NLF became my 2nd home" might be the highest compliment we could get. The coaches will be thrilled to see the shout out.
Thank you for challenging others to come try it. Keep going strong. We're right here with you.

I love this gym! I am fourteen and this is my first gym I've been to and its so fun. The coaches are super nice, and helpful. They help you with anything your struggling with and they accommodate for any injuries you have. This is definitely a gym you want to try and you will love it and the people there too.
I've been a member of this gym twice now—first about 12 years ago before I moved away, and now again after returning to the area. I've been to a lot of different gyms over the years and honestly none of them compare. The sense of community here is something special and it feels like a place where people genuinely want to see each other succeed. Since rejoining, I've already started seeing results which speaks to the quality of the coaching and their workouts. I cannot recommend No Limits Fitness enough!

Welcome back Chelsea! Twelve years is a long time to remember a place fondly enough to come find us again, and that means the world to us. We're thrilled you're already seeing results since rejoining and that the community still feels like home. Excited to have you back in the fold and to keep helping you make progress. 💪

No Limits Fitness has been the best investment I’ve ever made in myself. After trying countless gyms and spending thousands on personal trainers over the years, I can honestly say nothing compares to the experience, results, and community I’ve found here.
The trainers genuinely care, the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and everyone is there to work hard and become a better version of themselves. I actually look forward to my early morning workouts, and that’s something I never thought I’d say.
This gym has helped me become stronger physically, rebuild my confidence, and prove to myself that I can do hard things. If you’re looking for a place that will truly change your life—not just your body—I can’t recommend No Limits Fitness enough.

Monica, thank you for this incredible review. Hearing that you actually look forward to early morning workouts might be the highest compliment we could get. What stands out most is that you came in looking for results and walked away with something bigger, real confidence and proof that you can do hard things. That's awesome! We're grateful you trusted us with your journey and can't wait to keep building on it with you.
