Just finished with getting my garage door operating in the best condition in some time. Nick was very good at explaining the processes used to diagnose the issues. Very good at explaining the steps to repair the system. He was very attentive by getting each bracket and cable aligned for low resistance operation. I also pay attention to the sounds made by the mechanical parts for what could be stressful movement of the rollers in the tracks. I had been told by a company the same day that they couldn't work with conditions, but this was no obstacle for Nick. I can't think of any reason a person would be disappointed in the service.

Nick was thoughtful in his explanation and completed the job in a couple hours. He gave us options and called me to consult on the decision for my grandfather’s installation. Nick was knowledgeable, professional and understanding. I feel the price was reasonable, and we even got a senior discount! The garage door works great now.
