We had the opportunity to work with Charles on two different home inspections during our house search, first on a property we ultimately decided to walk away from, and then on the home we’re now about to close on. He was fantastic both times.
Charles is extremely thorough, consistent, knowledgeable, and kind. We felt like he gave us a very clear picture of each house without being alarmist, and his attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence in making some pretty big decisions. He was also remarkably astute in our communication, catching details and clarifying things that we had sometimes been a little sloppy about ourselves.
We also really celebrate the values behind Nonprofit Home Inspections and their attention to making their work welcoming and accessible to marginalized communities. That matters to our family, and it feels good to support a business that clearly thinks about who it serves.

The home inspection process with Nonprofit Home Inspections was very smooth and easy. Charles arrived early and was already setting up when I arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had during the inspection process. He even issued a refund for a service that I paid for and didn't need after all.
