I had a clogged toilet late on a Saturday evening. I called Non stop plumbers and they had someone come out right away. Stalin arrived he was very professional and fixed the problem in no time. The price was reasonable for an emergency call and a quick response. They deserve 5 stars for sure !!!

Felipe, thank you for your kind review we are happy to pass along your comments to our crew are very happy that your plumbing issue is resolved to your satisfaction!
Really happy with the service from start to finish! They were easy to communicate with, explained what needed to be done, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. The pricing was reasonable, and I appreciated the care they took with the work. It’s nice to find a plumbing company you feel comfortable calling again. Would definitely recommend!

Your 5-star review made our day! Thanks for choosing us.
NonStop did great work on one of our toilets and sent someone same-day which was pretty life-saving. The plumber was amazing -- friendly, articulate and speedy - making for an ideal customer service. My one issue was price...we never got an estimate and the invoice gave us major sticker shock. Note that we know very little about plumbing so this huge price could be par for the course but it really put a dent in our monthly budget.
**UPDATE** since my original review, NonStop has performed several miracles for us, including a few after hours/on weekends. The agent i typically deal with - Victoria - is amazing and even in really busy times, always manages to find a technician for us. What i've learned since my initial review is while a bit pricey, NonStop is worth every penny and you just can't beat their quality and service. Bravo, team!

Thanks for your feedback! We're glad our team helped quickly and appreciate your honesty about pricing. We'll work on clearer estimates.
Impossible to get anyone out because all they do when you call is try to sell you on getting a membership. Person I was talking to pushed it two or three times before trying to get appointment scheduled. Finally gave up and decided to go elsewhere.
Update: Shortly after this review went up, the owner called me and asked me to take it down. He AGAIN tried to explain their membership deal and then offered me a free visit if I removed the review. It makes me highly suspicious that their extremely high average rating is because they engage in these practices. I know they say they "have no record" but that's because I didn't end up using their service because, as I said, I couldn't even get it booked.

Sheldon arrived, went right to work, explained the problem to me, made the repair, was very efficient. The gasket around the pipe under the sink had eroded, well pleased with the service.

My technician, Stalin, was extremely impressive. Helpful, informative and FAST. It took less than an hour for the whole visit to be done, and the new pipe will service our roof sink for years to come.

We needed to cap a gas line that was no longer needed. NonStop Plumbers gave me a great quote, got the required DOB permits quickly, and got the job done as promised and on schedule.
