Nooga Home Cleaning

Been debating on putting a review since it’s been so long(8-19-25), but whatever. I reached out and used their services twice. They charged me $1200 for a move-in clean, which I had to call them back and beg them to revisit because they missed a few spots. To me, it was no big deal, I just wanted them back out here to do the spots that they missed. Months go by, I call them again for their services. I explained to them that the living situation had become abusive, and I had let the home go because I was in a situation with another adult who was not carrying their weight and I was dealing with the reality that I was handicapped. Another $450. They did their cleaning and packed. As they were leaving I noticed that they didn’t do some things. I asked and the response was, “We don’t do animals.” We went back and forth, because the very first woman who inspected my home said they did and there was a fee. I bit the bullet and said fine, they left as quickly as they could. I found the very first paper that was left, they DO include pet areas. It’s just an extra $25. I felt judged and having to go back and forth about something that was explained to me by the inspector, was embarrassing.

Our 3bd 2 bth home was not cleaned thoroughly. One of our three toilets was missed (we had to stop working and ask her to clean it), and several bathroom furniture surfaces were not dusted. The next morning, I went to vacuum large pieces of visible debris from our living room rug. When I noticed the vacuum was also collecting a significant amount of dog hair, I continued vacuuming the entire rug and all the carpet in our home. The vacuum continued picking up substantial debris, ultimately filling an entire canister. Our large master closet was not vacuumed entirely. Photos are attached to this review, each from a different area of our house. For clarity, the cleaner left around 10:30 a.m., and I vacuumed at 7 a.m. the following morning. Our child had been at school all day, and we have only one dog and one cat. Management suggested our pets may have created some of the debris after the cleaning, but we find it highly unlikely that this amount accumulated during such a short, low-traffic window. Management offered to send someone back to re-clean at no charge. However, I had already done the vacuuming myself to document and substantiate our concern. We were also preparing for guests, so having another cleaner return during their visit would have been highly inconvenient. We did not request a full refund. We requested a 50% refund because a significant portion of the service was either missed or had to be redone. Management instead refunded $50, explaining that vacuuming the home was valued at only $30 and that the additional $20 was a courtesy. We were also told that our large primary closet was excluded, even though its square footage was included when pricing our home. Additionally, I was initially quoted $175 and told that price would be noted on my account while I confirmed our budget. When I called back, the quote was higher, and the original price was honored only for the first cleaning. We hired professional cleaners because my chronic illnesses limit my physical capacity, yet I still had to redo a substantial part of the work. We appreciate that a re-clean and partial refund were offered, but neither adequately resolved the incomplete service. Based on the cleaning quality, inconsistent pricing, and inflexible resolution, we would not recommend this company.
