I was having issues with the installation of my gazebo. Marcio and his crew drove a distance to rescue me in the correct completion of my gazebo. What took me a considerable amount of time to get to the point I was at, they had it knocked off and completed in a short amount of time. They’re great and I send my highest compliments and recommendations.

I needed a shed installed on a gravel area with a slight slope. Norcal Assembly responded right away and came out the next day. They built a wooden base to level the shed and finished the installation in just a few hours. They left the area clean too. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would recommend them. Quick, respectful, and professional. Would gladly work with them again!

We are coming back on…. to edit this review from 5 star to 2 star…. to say we are deeply disappointed in the UN-Professionalism this company displayed.
When this was built weeks ago they said it was good to go. NO ONE EVER TOLD US WE HAD BROKEN PARTS. We have been playing on this, without proper education that they ordered parts (that they broke when they installed.) Just now today.. @ 4:50 they called me saying we will be here in 28 min. No one commuciated this to me at all. Just out of the blue, shows up to my house. Being rude and so unprofessional.
I would highly not recommend this company.
The owner needs to check his attitude.
We bought this play set from BACKYARD DISCOVERY not knowing this team was going to assemble.

Fast, efficient, good communication with the guys during the assembly. It came out exactly how I wanted it. I’m very happy with going with Northtown assembly. I would recommend them to friends and family.
