Customers frequently highlight punctuality, professional drivers, and clean vehicles for airport transfers, weddings, and tours. Positive feedback emphasizes quick communication and fair pricing for services ranging from party buses to corporate transportation. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of last-minute cancellations and unresponsive customer service, particularly when attempting to resolve payment issues or modify booking details.

Excellent service with quick response times. Overall, had a good experience and everything was very professional.
We booked NorCal Limo for a recent wine tasting trip to Napa, CA. The driver, Tatum, arrived on time, the limo was clean, stocked, air-conditioned and the bluetooth for the music worked perfectly. Tatum was very friendly, professional and responsive. At the end of each visit, she was either there waiting or right nearby when we texted. We had a nice, smooth ride (no spills) for over an hour to reach Napa, and arrived perfectly on-time for the first winery visit. Our second stop was way up the mountain, again Tatum did a great job navigating a stretch limo on a winding mountain road and got us there right on time. We visited three wineries in total and all were a great experience. At the end, Tatum was right there to assist us with unloading and cleanup. Booking a limousine for wine tasting provided us with one of the most amazing, worry-free experiences we have ever had, it was an incredible trip. I would highly recommend NorCal Limousine.
