We used this shuttle company for our recent offsite with ~40 people traveling to/from a venue about 2 hours from SFO, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Inna was incredibly lovely to coordinate with — she even took the time to meet with me over Zoom ahead of the event since we had slightly complicated arrival/departure waves with people flying in from all over the country on different schedules. She was always quick to respond, accommodating with last-minute changes, and made a complicated transportation plan feel seamless. Our team also had great things to say about the drivers — professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the week. Would absolutely recommend them for corporate offsites, group transportation, or any travel coordination needs!

I had a great experience with North Bay Shuttle services. I booked them from Oakland airport to Napa. It was easy to reserve and they called the day before to confirm. The van was super clean and the driver was friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with North Bay Shuttle services. I booked them from Oakland airport to Napa. It was easy to reserve and they called the day before to confirm. The van was super clean and the driver was friendly. Would definitely recommend!
I’ve been using NorthBay Shuttle since I sold my car after COVID, and they’ve become an essential part of my business travel. I fly about two weeks every month, often at odd hours, so I need absolute dependability 24/7, 365 days a year. NorthBay has delivered exactly that. In more than 30 trips, they have never once been late for a pickup. They also track incoming flights, which makes airport pickups smooth and stress-free. On the very few occasions when I had to wait longer than expected at the SFO Arrivals lane (less than a handful of times), they were apologetic and even adjusted their pricing—something you rarely see in this industry. Their rates are competitive, and when you factor in the reliability, convenience, and the fact that this is a private shuttle service, the value is excellent. NorthBay is also a small, family-owned local business, and it shows in the care and effort they put into their work. Because of their professionalism and consistency, I’ve come to depend on NorthBay Shuttle as a critical part of my travel routine. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable, professional airport shuttle service.

Over the years it has become more difficult to get to an airporter stop down on 101 from the hills of southern Marin. Cabs flat out refuse a 3 mile ride, and Ubers are often unavailable, even when booking in advance. Forgoing the airporter and booking direct to the airport hasn't helped. Needing a ride late Easter morning I decided to try North Bay Shuttle. What an awesome experience! Driver was a few minutes early, which I appreciated, professional, and friendly. Will use again

Great service. The driver was on time for both going to and returning from the Emeryville Train Station, despite Amtrak being late. She was extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend North Bay Shuttle.
