I had a very disappointing experience with North Brothers Plumbing. The customer service was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the work. Based on my experience, I would not choose this company again.

Hi Ruby. For the record we have not done any work for you. Our only transaction so far has been you calling for a price to install a tankless water heater over the phone. Some things we can price over the phone and some we can not. After letting you know five different times that for something of that nature, we are unable to provide you a price over the phone, we are not obligated to continue the call when you get hostile and demanding with us, so yes, I did respectfully choose to end the call at that point. I also explained to you that we were not a hardware store so we aren’t able to sell you the water heater directly without also installing it. Best regards.
Jay is simply the best. Reliable, great communicator and always has the fix. I particularly appreciate that he educates me on what’s going on and gives me options that suits my situation. He’s super respectful of my house - always wears booties and cleans up so nicely after he’s done. I’ve been working Jay now for close to five years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

We have had nothing but good service and excellent work from North Brothers. We have been using their service for a few years and just this week had to have Jay here to repair our leaking dishwasher and toilet as well as clean our waterless tank heater. Due to needing parts, he had to return twice, but did a complete job and is always professional.

Copper pipe started leaking badly under the house, so we had to shut off our water. Jay came within a couple hours of my phone call and fixed it. Very happy with the fast response and quality work.

Jay does quality work at a great price.
He has been my plumber since 2012.
He installed a new tankless water heater, since our traditional one was no longer safe. He gave me a great price. Took care of permitting and the disposal of the old tank.

I would like to thank North Brothers Plumbing Company for coming out On such of a short notice. We had several loads of laundry to wash and my drain clogged and it was the weekend. and you know how frustrating that can be. I began to do a Google search for Plummers in my area then I remembered I seen A post about the North Brothers Plumbing so I decided to give him a call. Even though I was out of the area that he usually work in, he decided to come out anyway. Jay was on time. He was prompt and he knows what he doing. I even had a neighbor come out and ask can he fix something on his refrigerator in the house and he said sure he was more than happy to help out the neighbor. The neighbor was satisfied and happy as well. Good job North Brothers. I will be using you again in the future for plumbing repairs
