Tyler and his crew delivered on everything we discussed for this project and exceeded our expectations. Not only did they complete the job exactly as promised, but they also finished two days ahead of schedule.
Throughout the installation, Tyler went above and beyond to ensure the deck looked its best. He identified areas that needed attention, made the necessary repairs, and reinforced sections to ensure a quality, long-lasting result. The workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident from start to finish.

North decks handled the demo of our old deck and replaced it with a brand new ~650 sq ft Timertech tech with new Aluminum and wire railing. They also built us a brand new covered porch area and coordinated all engineering and electrical. We were incredibly impressed by their level of professionalism and communication throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend them for any size project - incredible team across the board!!

This was an amazing experience for me! Tyler and the team were so well prepared, on time, amazing carpenter skill sets and creativity around the existing design.. extremely professional all around!. It was a 100% redo of an old rotten wooden deck around an existing Hot Tub… all new composite materials used. I’d highly recommend North Decks. Steve

Wish I could give more than 5-stars for this rating. Seriously…If you’re considering a new deck or deck reface & rail replacement stop searching and call North Decks and Outdoor Living! You will not be disappointed! Tyler and his entire crew (Abraham and Gabriel) are amazing. From the initial consultation all the way through the completion of the project we were continuously delighted by the thoughtful and sincere approach. Excellent project management, communication (before and after hours) and attention to detail. Wow! Wow! Wow! Tyler also went above and beyond. While at the Charlotte Home and Garden Show he went on a mission to find us an awning vendor that could meet our architectural challenges. Thrilled to report he was successful! (Shout out to @MarygroveAwnings.). Seriously, can’t thank Tyler enough for his time, talent, and attention to detail. You won’t regret reaching out to Tyler… go ahead… just do it! Thanks again Tyler! We LOVE our new backyard perch!

Excellent execution from ideation to completion. A design created with Timbertech’s website turned to life, on time at a reasonable price.
Even those with the keenest eyes for quality construction gave two thumbs up on this project.
Well done, North Decks!

Thank you for the kind words, Dan. We appreciate you posting photos of the project as well. We're glad the deck design and result satisfied you and it's been a pleasure working with you on this project. If you need anything in the future, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Our home had an existing screen porch with several screens that had been torn. Tyler and his team offered a solution that included replacing 2x4 wood uprights with screen that was only stapled, with long-lasting aluminum uprights with screen that is tightly secured into the aluminum frame. Tyler does an exceptional job of communicating throughout the entire process from quoting the job all the way through the final product. I would recommend North Decks and Outdoor Living without hesitation.

All challenges were handled quickly and honestly.
