Caleb is incredibly knowledgeable and does an excellent job explaining the treatment plan. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my overall health in the 6 months that I’ve been a patient.
Editing to add: one of my goals for acupuncture was to regulate my cycle in order to get pregnant, which was successful

She treats my body systemically for overall wellness as well as addressing my particular health issues during the treatments. Laila takes time to understand and evaluate my concerns in-office and will follow up with additional research when required. I never feel rushed during my appointments and am able to make appointments that are convenient for my schedule. Laila is very professional and knowledgeable as well as gracious, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend Laila for your acupuncture needs.

This was my first time trying both acupuncture and microneedling, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at North End Acupuncture. Laila made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand my main concerns and explained how everything connects within a more holistic approach, which I really appreciated.
I came in with shoulder pain, and I was honestly surprised by how effective the acupuncture was. I felt real relief after the session, and it continued to improve afterward. At the same time, the microneedling left my skin visibly glowing almost immediately.
Since it was my first treatment, she started gently and walked me through every step, checking in often to make sure I was comfortable. The entire experience felt thoughtful, calm, and very intentional.
The space itself is beautiful and relaxing, and Laila’s warm, attentive energy makes such a difference. I’m planning to do a full series leading up to my wedding, and I genuinely feel like I’m in the best hands. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for both effective treatment and a truly elevated experience.
