Customers describe the company as responsive and professional, noting that technicians are punctual, thorough, and knowledgeable during services like termite inspections, exclusion work, and general pest control. Reviewers frequently highlight clear communication, reasonable pricing, and detailed explanations of treatments performed. However, a recurring criticism involves disputes over billing, specifically regarding upfront fees for inspections where no pests were found and subsequent pressure to purchase additional systems.

I realized I needed to hire a pest control company to do an exclusion and trapping for my home. I had proposals from three companies. The only company that provided pictures and a detailed report was North Fulton Pest Solutions. Todd was my first contact. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He spent a lot of time outside of my home climbing a ladder, taking pictures, and inspecting (neither of the other two companies did that). After checking in with my “friend” ChatGPT, Todd did everything that a pest control company should have done. He also spent a lot of time answering all my questions. Their price was fair. Once I hired North Fulton Pest Solutions, the two technicians, Mason and Raphael, spent an entire day executing the work. It was a long day, but they completed the job. They were communicative, respectful of my home/property, and flexible. They also answered many questions that I had (very patient). I highly recommend North Fulton Pest Solutions.

As a new homeowner there are a lot of things to manage and learn about and Jemal did a great job explaining the options and prices to my wife and I. Jack came out a week later and installed the bait stations and reexplained everything he was going to do. Both very helpful and would recommend. Most of my neighborhood used them.

North Fulton Pest Solutions recently completed exclusion work at our home to stop squirrels from repeatedly getting into our attic, and their performance was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of their team demonstrated a level of professionalism that is increasingly rare. They took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns, and they provided clear, thorough explanations at every step of the process.
Todd spent a couple of hours on the initial inspection and delivered an extremely detailed estimate. He walked me through exactly what he found, why it mattered, and what needed to be done. His honesty and transparency set the tone for the entire experience.
Mason and Rafael handled the exclusion work, and they were outstanding. They showed me photos of everything they discovered, explained the issues in plain terms, and then took the time after the job was finished to walk me around and show me the completed work. Their attention to detail was obvious, and their integrity was evident throughout the process. They even pointed out a few unrelated repairs that would be best handled by other professionals.
North Fulton Pest Solutions is incredibly honest, thorough, and customer‑focused. I’m grateful for the quality of their work and the respect they showed for both our home and our time. I recommend them without hesitation.
