i adopted a kitten a little over a month ago. the first time i took her there i had signed up online and was told $25 exam- was still charged full price.Both times ive been i’ve been charged an excessive amount compared to what was getting done. overall the first time taking my kitten there wasn’t terrible. however i took her back yesterday for her last round of shots, and however i am not sure what happened where i couldn’t see i know my cat was traumatized. My kitten has never been aggressive- hissed- or yelped. The first time i took her she didn’t even flinch when getting shots- they had let me be in the room with her while she got them. however yesterday they took her to the back said they were doing a “fecal sample” but instead went ahead and did everything. you could hear her screaming and meowing beyond over 3 dogs in the back barking. the dr proceeded to come back and tell me from this point forward she would need to be on sedatives when bringing her in and that she had gotten more aggressive. When i took her home she was shaking and scared of me. My kitten has never met a stranger she loved to lay with anyone around and will even get on your chest just to be with you. i will not be coming back more because of how my kitten reacted but also including excessive prices

Doc and assistants were great handling my snake"hypo columbian boa" they got her meds for a URI. Also they even came out to the truck to help carry her tot in since I'm disabled and she's a big girl. I definitely recommend to anyone.

I was impressed with the friendly staff. Doctor did a wonderful job trimming the overgrown beak on my parakeet .
