We've had several recent appointments for both dogs with NorthPaw recently - an annual checkup with Dr. Chapman for our younger complex dog, and for our elderly NON-complex dog a Quality of Life appointment with Dr. McMillan. The front desk staff made it easy to make the appointments, to check in, and to check out - wonderful ! The Techs in the appointments were calm, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough - Happy Vet Tech week to all of them ! Dr Chapman and Staff were able to fit my emergency case in as soon as I arrived. Three other practices I called on my way in from the country would not take my emergency case but North Paw did. I am very grateful as my dog ate an avacado. which is poisonous to dogs. Dr Chapman induced vomiting and my dog is fine now!
Thank you North Paw Animal Hospital for giving first class quality care for Pepper & Brooke and our past three 4 legged fur babies❤️🐾 You always keep us updated on any blood work and tests. Kudos to you & your staff!!!!
Adrienne does a super job with bathing and grooming! Love how they're well groomed and always smell so good when we pick them up. Awesome, caring and loving doctors at North Paw Animal Hospital. Their staff is the greatest!!

Recently took Pepper to see Dr. Muse. Love this lady. She has such a caring/loving heart for our fur babies.
The North Paw Staff always makes Pepper and Brooke's experience with check-in, weighing and check out a wonderful experience. That's why they are not hesitant to go in each time for an appointment!

I received a text or email letting me know that my chocolate lab Koda Had a booster shot coming up so I made an appointment. I also mentioned that she hasn’t had her kidneys checked in a while, which they should have alerted me when I made the appointment and she said she would add that.
When I went to the appointment, it was a zoo. There was not a veterinarian there in my entire visit was from the waiting room.
Someone came out took the dog to the back gave her her booster. I’m assuming and took blood. I was charged for a wellness exam which I didn’t authorize and spoke to somebody on the phone about an adjustment and today has been a week and I’ve never heard back. I’ve been going there for years, but decided to change vets because I’m not comfortable with him anymore..
They’re definitely having some issues they need to work out, but the staff is always wonderful
