The technician was very observant. He made sure to do the detail work by getting all of the little stuff up against the trim on carpet. He protected the corners of the wall with a made up jig. Before he left he finished the detail work by getting the pet hair out of the carpet. I also noticed I have the front entryway where the hoses were coming in they had a door blocker with zipper entry. This worked great for us because we do have pets. I like how he left a very neat and consistent pattern on the carpet like I used to do when I was cleaning. I have many years of carpet cleaning experience and know the work well. He did the detail work made sure I was good with it before he left and took the time to get proper extraction. When you do not get good extraction you may have spots that will come back.
