Customers consistently praise North Star Power Washing for punctuality, clear communication, and reasonable pricing across services like house, fence, concrete, and gutter cleaning. Reviewers frequently highlight the professional demeanor and thoroughness of the work, noting that the company often exceeds expectations by addressing specific issues like mold or grease. While the vast majority of feedback is positive, a small number of one-star reviews allege unprofessional behavior and dishonesty regarding interactions with competitors or complaint resolution.

Wow! What a beautiful job the guys from North Star did today. I live in farming area where the dirt flys every day. After a few years things were looking pretty dingy and moldy. Now everything, gutters, roofs, decking, barn and main house look bright and clean. Very professional, communicative and very nice to work with. Thank you so much. Cynthia 😊

Hi Kristine, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. It truly means a lot to me to know that our efforts don’t go unnoticed. I really appreciate your recommendation and look forward to working with you again in the future!
Anthony, from North Star Power Washing did an excellent job on my entire house and the white vinyl fence around the property, showed up on time, very courteous and a true professional with the way he works. Went back on certain sections that needed extra care, highly recommend Anthony and his company 👍👍👍

Hey William, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! I'm a little OCD when it comes to my work, so I guess it works out in the customers favor lol. I'm glad to hear you were happy with the results and enjoyed our conversation as well! I really appreciate the support and look forward to working with you again in the future.
It is so hard to find a truly local business these days, much less one that is excellent, and Northstar, were both these things! Anthony and his team couldn’t have been more professional, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, timely, and just generally wonderful to work with. They Cleaned and treated my roof and Siding, and and left both beautiful. Even my porches were in better condition after his work than when he started. I recommend them without hesitation.
Hey Natasha! First, I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Seriously, this is one of the best reviews we’ve ever gotten, and it means a lot to me!
I know A LOT of other companies buy their reviews or have other people respond to them, sometimes even using Ai, not me. When someone takes the time to share such kind words about our work, it genuinely means a lot to me personally. I always try to make the whole process as easy and stress free as possible, so I’m really glad to hear you were happy with the results! Thank you again for trusting us with your home and for recommending us to others. I truly appreciate it, and I look forward to working with you again in the future!
This was the 3rd time we used North Star power washing. Each time we were extremely pleased with the work.
We are already planning on using them for another project in the fall.
Hey Donald, I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. I'm happy to hear you're pleased with the results. I look forward to surprising you with the results when we remove the gutter streaks.
Did an amazing job! Very honest and did not push services that were not needed.

Hey Angela, I really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. It truly means a lot, so thank you! I pride myself on being honest with every customer, even if that means taking a service off the invoice and making a little less on the job. I’d rather do what’s right and only charge for work that’s actually needed. Thank you again for trusting us with your home!
