Northern AZ Home Improvement and Brandon listened to our desire to enclose our patio into a great functional room. With our input, the plans were drawn to our specifications. Chris and Jon were very accommodating and explained every step of the process. They made sure that our new addition was exactly what we envisioned. We are very happy with the results.
Shout out to Northern AZ Home Improvement for their great construction of our enclosed patio addition. Brandon, Chris, Jon and the subs were all wonderful to work with. Chris was especially good at communicating with us with all the next steps. Our enclosure looks like it was original with the house as it blended in perfectly. Thank you!
Northern Az Home Improvement was great to work with when we recently had to replace our deck from the ground up. They promptly returned calls, texts & emails, & everyone was professional & friendly. They clearly explained various aspects of the job & kept us updated on the project. Chris & Jon were meticulous in their attention to details throughout the entire project, ensuring that everything was square & level. They are true craftsmen who know exactly what needs done & they do it well!
We hired Brandon to turn our covered patio into an All weather sunroom. We interviewed several contractors, but Brandon "got it" and was our clear choice. No permit issues. No HOA issues. No work issues, showed up every time they said they would. Over the years we have remolded a few homes, even this one. None of them went as well as this. With the exception of our flooring guy...this was the best crew we have ever had. Wish we had found Brandon years ago!! Chris is amazing with every detail. We never had to worry that anything would not been done correctly. Yes, they use a few subs, but they too were artists in their own right. Thank you Brandon, Chris, John, Ray and Jay!! We love it!
NAHI had done some work for the previous owner of our home so we reached out to them to see if they were interested in adding a deck to our home. Brandon called us back immediately and set up a meeting with his field guy, Chris. Chris is very knowledgeable and gave us some additional ideas for the deck. Brandon gave us a good estimate so we went a head and had NAHI do the work. It was late fall and the deck work took place through most of the winter. It took a little longer to get it started than I wanted and communication about work schedule was slow at times in the beginning but to be fair, we did make a few changes and NAHI had to work with an independent concrete company for the pier work and that took some time. Once the actual deck work got started, it went well. Brandon kept us informed of the work schedule and Chris gave us daily updates with pictures. This was a great help as we're part-timers and are not there all the time so we could better plan when to come up from Phoenix. (I just wanted to be there as much as possible during construction while work was on going). Chris and the guys did an awesome job, the deck turned out way better than we could have hoped for. We a very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend NAHI for your projects. Dave & Tina Monday
We highly recommend NAHI for any home improvement project. We had a deck built and our front porch ceiling replaced by them. Very efficient and friendly. Very quality work done on both projects. They give lots of attention to detail also.
Northern Arizona Home Improvement was recommend by friends. Brandon Barclay, owner, provided us with a schedule for the work and was always available to answer questions or concerns. Chis, the project manager and his crew made sure the area to be renovated was ready for all the work. The Subs; electrical, paint, stucco, cement, roofing, drywall, were outstanding. They were respectful of our property as well as of our neighbors. After each day was completed, the workers made sure the area was clean and ready for the following day. Chris would inform us when supplies were to be delivered or who was scheduled to work and when that part was completed, schedule for an inspection. Chris kept in contact with us to make sure we were satisfied with the progress of the renovation and was always available to answer any questions. We would recommend Northern Arizona Home Improvement.
Great product and people
NAHI added a Arizona room to the back of our home. The addition was to look as of it was an original part of the house, It matched perfectly, style, texture, and color. The foreman and work crew performed beyond expectations. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Thank you NAHI.
We added an "all seasons" sunroom on the deck outside our master bedroom. Our only regret was not doing it sooner. It rapidly became our favorite place to relax, read and view nature. We enjoyed watching it rain or snow from the windows of the sunroom. We also had him install a patio cover on our back deck. Brandon and his team were terrific to work with. We highly recommend Northern AZ Home Improvement.
