Mizael came today to conduct an initial inspection of the property for rodent activity. He set up traps in the crawlspace, bait stations around the property, and blocked found entry points. Very profesional, respectful, and polite. He was a pleasure to have working on my property.

I really appreciate the time Macie took to talk things through with me after discovering a rat problem after a vacation. She was very kind and helped me make a plan in a stressful time! I also appreciate the free estimate / evaluation - although forced to use our landlord’s maintenance staff to address the issues, having a company I could have a relationship with be willing to give advice helped empower me as a renter.
