I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The employees who assisted me between 5:00 and 6:30 PM provided poor customer service and left me feeling dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Employees should treat customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this issue and takes the necessary steps to improve customer service. Based on my experience, I would think twice before returning to this store.

The associates help us opening a new account for my son is getting his finishing his welding training and he wants to buy his own welding equipment, so they were very kind and helpful in that process, thank you so much. Definitely I would like to recommend this location, this people make the difference.

I strongly recommend NOT getting the Northern Tool credit card. My experience with this card and FNBO has been extremely disappointing. I was charged unexpected fees that I was not anticipating, and when I contacted FNBO for help, their customer service was useless and did nothing to resolve the issue. What makes it worse is that once these unexpected charges are placed on your account, you basically have no choice but to pay them because if you don’t, they can report the account to the credit bureaus and damage your credit. That puts the customer in a terrible position—pay charges you disagree with or risk hurting your credit. As a customer, I expect all fees and charges to be clearly communicated upfront. That was not my experience here. My advice: shop at Northern Tool if you want, but stay away from their credit card. Read every single detail before signing up. I definitely regret getting this card.
