From Jake to Melissa the experience is fantastic. I never feel rushed , Jake takes plenty of time adjusting and listening to all concerns. Melissa is so helpful with insurance and getting appointments set up

I really appreciate Dr. Jakes' personal approach to his clients' needs. It's obvious to me that he cares about his clients, and wants to give as little or as much attention, to individualize what each person needs. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Jake, and I do, anytime someone tells me they're looking for a chiropractor. I work a physical job and like to keep a very active lifestyle........and my appointments with Jake are a big part in doing that! My only regret, is that I only have two thumbs to put up!

I appreciate the attention to care of physical and mental well-balance that Dr Jake offers. As soon as you open the door to come into NWH you are welcome and helped immediately to your room. Being offered follow up exercises for home, expedited my recovery, strength and flexibility. 5 stars!!!
