Northwoods Auto Techs

My car was a mechanical mess. It was a volkswagon...that alone presented challenges as there were few to none who were able to fix it.. Enter Northwoods Auto! The gals at the front desk are patient in answering the multitude of questions..besides being resourceful and very knowledgeable. The Auto Techs who continue… Read full review

We only trust Northwoods Auto Techs to accurately diagnose and repair our vehicles now, after learning the hard way that not all vehicle repair shops and technicians are trained, experienced, and supported well enough to "go the extra mile". The auto technicians here take their jobs seriously and are superior… Read full review

I was refered to Paul and crew, by a long time friend and a NAPA repair facility owner as well when I lived in South Milwaukee . This was a good transition.

I like the way they do business. From the folks in the front to the mechanics everybody is so courteous. They give you all the information you need to know about the job and what you may need to have done and they back all that up with facts. Thank you all.

Very honest and thorough. The employees are a pleasure to work with.

From making an appointment with Roni, to getting my van serviced and getting a detailed report on what has been done and why and a progress report of cost and work. Down to the detailed report of what upcoming repairs and or routine maintenance needs to be addressed in the future and then paying at the end of it.… Read full review

I trust Paul and the rest of his crew. Rony and Caleb are excellent front-facing employees and represent the company exceptionally well. The work performed by the technicians has always been superior.

By far the most honest, competent, friendly shop I've had the pleasure of working with in almost 30 years of vehicle ownership. A great team that invariably performs outstanding work! Thank you all very much.

Outstanding quality work with great professionalism and excellent customer service! Best place to take your vehicle! Highly recommend!

They always go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied as customers. I have never had an issue with the work their team has done on any of our vehicles. Additionally, they are very friendly and explain everything very well. We have been coming here for about 15 years and have no plans to change that.

Northwoods Auto was willing to take on a vintage British sport car with difficult service issues that even the OEM won't touch. After specking with Roni ( outstanding customer support) I felt comfortable leaving the car for an inspection of the problems. Northwood was able to ID the problem and with Roni's help… Read full review

Prompt scheduling, quality service, plus all staff are friendly and ready to maintain and return your vehicle to you - safe and ready for the road!

Exceptional service for whatever may be needed. Would never ever consider going anywhere else. Will continue to be a lifelong customer and recommend you to everyone!!!

Where to start....hmmmm. Brought my 2017 F150 in for a diagnosis on a random misfire. Turns out my cam phasers and solenoids were on their way out. Timing set was getting close to replacement mileage also. I was recommended to them by a buddy and I could not be happier with how this all transpired. I walked in… Read full review

I highly recommend Northwoods Auto Techs! They're the most knowledgeable and professional mechanics in the area. I wouldn't take my Mercedes anywhere else.

The professionalixm at Northwoods is exemplary. I was informed about progress and price every step of the way and my repair was completed as promised. Everything I want in my repair shop. Roni is a very experienced Service Manager and she cares and it shows.

ABSOLUTELY perfection in every way. I enjoyed my experience which is rare in the auto repair industry. Please use this business if you want to feel safe and not taken advantage of during auto repairs. The staff is beyond helpful and honest.

Roni provided clear explanations of the work needed and why. I liked the breakdown of additional work to keep in mind for the future as well as the courtesy car option. The communication was great overall.

I am a new customer-recently moved to Rhinelander-and I couldn't be more pleased with regard to the quality of work done, the honesty regarding billing and the overall friendliness of the staff. And a loaner car is available if you need one -no cost to you.

The girls at Northwoods Auto Techs are just awesome! The techs did an awesome and efficient job on my vehicle! I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend to anyone that needs automotive work!
