I was moving from a one bedroom first floor apartment 1/4 mile away to a fifth floor apartment with freight elevators and it took them six hours to move me. They didn’t have another move lined up and I feel that they moved to slow as they could to drive my bill up to $1500. I will never use them again and I recommend you don’t either..

Matt, and his company took the time to help move my son's lego ship (18 feet) to Texas Children's Hospital for display. I am greatful and so appreciative that he gives to the community. THEY MOVED A LEGO SHIP IN ONE PIECE (impressive)! Please support this company!!

Had a great experience moving with them! Brandon and Kenan did an amazing job. It's been a few days since I moved and it looks like everything was moved quickly and in perfect condition. Plus they were personable and gassed up my mom who was helping me move. Definitely recommend!

⭐️ 1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience with Not A Hobby Moving, specifically with the customer service I called over the phone. During the call, I explained that I was looking for help with a moving job, but I also made it clear that I could not afford to pay $400+. Instead of taking the time to understand what I actually needed done or discussing whether there was an option that could work within my budget, the person I spoke with completely disregarded the job I was offering. What really bothered me was that the conversation seemed to become solely about the price rather than the actual job I was calling about. I was trying to explain the situation and what I needed, but I felt like I wasn’t even being heard. The call ultimately ended with him hanging up on me. I understand that businesses have minimum prices and may not be able to accommodate every customer. That’s completely understandable. What isn’t acceptable, in my opinion, is dismissing a potential customer without even taking the time to properly hear them out and then hanging up. Customer service matters, especially when someone is reaching out for help. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would have a hard time recommending Not A Hobby Moving to others.
