We booked a deep clean/luxury clean for our home, which hasn't been professionally cleaned since we've moved in, and WOW. They truly worked a miracle. My husband and I had a terrible week and couldn't fully tidy up for which I wouldn't have blamed them if they were unable to do half of what they did. But they truly exceeded my expectations and will be my first choice for professional cleaning needs going forward.

Aaysiah was on time and I even received a courtesy text when she was on her way. She stayed at it the whole time she was here. House looks and smells wonderful! A big shout out to Not Just Dust, you guys are top tier!

We just experienced our first house cleaning experience with “Not Just Dust.” The service provider arrived on time, was polite, respectful, and wisely asked questions. In addition, she was easy to work even with our 2 dogs and one cat in the house. The management was also easy to work with. Clean house and all interactions were easy: What else would one want?

Edit: Replying to the company response. Yes- Intended for Not Just Dust, based on personal user experience.<br><br>Original:<br>Would not recommend using this service and/or more headache than it's worth.<br><br>* Abysmal communication with manager -> front office -> tech<br>* Tech explained instructions are typed up and translated to 3 languages and often don't match what the customer asked for.<br>* The tech did things not requested which extended her time at the house. (which triggers extra cost)<br>* The office estimates job time and you agree on price. If tech takes longer and they try to charge you. (tell them no)<br>* Once we rejected overcharge fees they told the tech to leave exactly when the estimated time was up (their estimation not ours). We weren't notified and the tech just left without a word and the cleaning wasn't finished.<br>* They sent the tech back, but the tech complained during their time at the house about:<br>* The manager / office doesn't get instructions right<br>* "We" made her late to another appointment<br>* "We" inconvenienced her and her gas cost because she was<br>almost at the other house and had to come back.<br>* etc. I won't air all the laundry here. I found it unprofessional.<br><br>I give them credit for being pleasant to talk to and they did send the tech back out. However overall, the service did not match agreements, the tech kept doing things we didn't request which increased her time at the house and triggered the extra cost discussions that ended with them leaving without the job complete. I've never had a cleaning service experience like this. I would keep looking and avoid the hassle.

This was my first cleaning service with Not Just Dust and I can't recommend them enough. Not only was Marisol very personable but she was also very thorough. The house is sparkling! If you were on the fence about hiring them for your house, I highly recommend you take the chance. I'm very glad I switched.

We had our cleaning today and were extremely surprised with the end result and thoroughness of their cleaning. One of the best aspects additionally was the constant communication by the team of when coming, what covering, if needed additional time and when done.
