For this reason, while our representatives make every effort to provide accurate guidance based on the information available, we always encourage students to verify the most current requirements directly with the Illinois Secretary of State before visiting a DMV facility. This recommendation is intended to ensure that customers receive the most up-to-date information available. Our customer service team follows standardized training materials and internal procedures, and we continuously review our coaching and quality assurance processes to improve consistency across all interactions. Clear communication is extremely important to us. We continually monitor call quality, equipment, and system performance, and we investigate reports of poor audio or connectivity issues whenever they are brought to our attention. With respect to phone availability, our team handles a high volume of calls each day. During peak periods, wait times may be longer than usual, but we also offer support through email, text messaging, and online scheduling to ensure customers have multiple ways to reach us. Regarding our cancellation policy, all students are informed of our scheduling and cancellation terms at the time of enrollment. These policies are applied consistently to all customers to ensure fairness and to accommodate the scheduling commitments of our instructors. On rare occasions, lessons may need to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as instructor illness, vehicle issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen operational matters. When this occurs, we make every effort to notify affected students promptly and arrange a mutually acceptable alternative appointment. We are also concerned by the allegation of rude customer service and racist comments. Nova Driving School is proud to employ individuals from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and life experiences.
