I had a great experience with Nova especially with my instructor Buddy! He was so calm,which really helped for an anxious person like me. So happy that I passed my road test on the first try. Thank you for all your help!

Took their adult driving classes - 8 hours + road test. I worked with a couple instructors and all went well. Special shout-out to Pedro Boch who made the day of the road test as smooth and easy as it could be. Thank you!

Terrible service and school. Paid extra for home pick up and cannot schedule driving lessons. Deserves zero stars.
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we understand how important it is for our students to have convenient access to their driving lessons. However, we would like to clarify that the statement that you were unable to schedule driving lessons does not accurately reflect the student’s account and scheduling records. Our records show that the student has already completed two driving lessons, including: • Tuesday, July 14, 2026, 2:00 PM–3:30 PM • Wednesday, July 22, 2026, 4:30 PM–6:00 PM In addition, the student currently has three confirmed upcoming lessons: • Thursday, August 20, 2026, 2:30 PM–4:00 PM • Friday, August 21, 2026, 4:00 PM–5:30 PM • Monday, August 24, 2026, 4:30 PM–6:00 PM Therefore, the account reflects both completed services and confirmed future appointments. We have also refunded $50 to the student’s account as a goodwill accommodation. We recognize that scheduling, particularly when home pickup is requested, can sometimes involve availability and coordination with instructors. Home pickup is intended to provide additional convenience, but it does not guarantee immediate or unrestricted appointment availability. Lessons must still be coordinated based on instructor schedules, geographic coverage, student availability, and existing appointments. Most importantly, Nova Driving School remains ready, willing, and able to provide the services purchased by the student. The student has already received instruction and continues to have lessons scheduled. We value our students and take concerns about service seriously. At the same time, we believe it is important to distinguish between a scheduling concern or dissatisfaction with availability and a situation where services were not provided. In this case, our records demonstrate that services have been provided and additional services remain scheduled. We would be happy to continue working directly with the student to ensure that the remaining lessons are completed as smoothly and conveniently as possible.
