Called to have a tree looked at and Brad was at my house barely 5 minutes later since he was already in the area. Exceptional service.

I cannot claim to be that good for everyone, lol. It’s not every day that you are leaving an estimate and you get a new call from someone who is1.2 miles away, but I’m glad that I could be helpful and glad that your maple is doing well!
Bradford had exceptional communication and was on top of it with sending an estimate and completing the work, even getting the job done ahead of schedule. Bradford was very knowledgeable and provided information about the tree related to future care. The crew made quick work of the job and cleaned up as if they weren’t even there. Would highly recommend to anyone!
We recently needed some trees pruned and removed from our backyard and reached out to three different companies for estimates. After evaluating our options, we decided to go with Nova Tree Care, and we couldn't be happier with our decision!
Brad Elliott, the owner and a certified arborist, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were particularly impressed with his extensive understanding of the different types of trees in our backyard and his ability to explain which trees were healthy and could be left alone, which would benefit from pruning, and which needed to be removed. His expertise, honest recommendations, and willingness to take the time to explain everything gave us tremendous confidence in choosing his company.
Once we made our decision, Brad's crew arrived and completed the tree removal efficiently and professionally. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, leaving our backyard looking great.
We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the initial consultation through the completion of the work. We would highly recommend Brad Elliott and Nova Tree Care to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and professional tree care services!

Art, this is so helpful to hear, seriously. I’m always thinking about different stages of the process and how we can make them better. I’m glad you experienced that it was solid top to bottom, and do let us know if there’s ever anything to improve.
We used Nova Tree Care to trim a tree with significant dead branches. They took care to preserve the health of the tree. Would recommend and use again.

Thank you for trusting us with your property Claire! I love the houses on your street – the architecture is so cool!
I had a rope tangled in a tree and contacted Nova Tree Care. They responded very quickly, and the coordination was smooth from start to finish. I wasn't even home — they showed up at the agreed time and took care of everything exactly as arranged. The whole process was completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Thank you Francis! I honestly love hanging swings for people when we are in the area (happy to take this one down too haha).
Nova Tree Care did a great job! They took down an old sick spruce and ground out the stump and trimmed a lot of our trees and several bushes. They showed up when they said they would and were very good at communicating. I highly recommend them!

Thank you for the kind words, Karyl! I hope the replacement tree for the spruce is everything you and Brad hope for!
Thanks Calvin, it was quite the challenge since the power at the hospital went out so our service drop never came in- we worked around it the whole time!
Nova’s quoting and work completion was professional and friendly. The same person quoted the work and was on site to complete the work which makes for great continuity. They left the site clean following their work. I would recommend them.
