I've been going to PT here for a few weeks following a broken ankle. They've been phenomenal to work with. They've given me a lot of exercises to take home as well as finding new exercises every time I come in to help me with increasing my range of motion, strength, and balance. I'm looking forward to their help getting me back to running.

I left a review before I will say I am a little concerned about what happened during my last visit with my therapist. I felt like she didn't really have a lot of empathy and she was a little harsh especially after I did research on my injury. I feel like things could have been handled better and that she should find a more efficient way to speak to her clients in sensitive matter such as my situation. I was made to feel like I'm not doing my part, I was made to feel like because my healing process is moving slower than others that this is my fault, and I also didn't appreciate how she explained to me that if I don't start improving that she's going to have to let me go, that's not the way you talk to a patient, and I also felt a way about how she explained that my insurance would be running out soon, now I understand why some people feel the way they do towards the medical field. I'm not sure if it's because I have a claim out or what the issue is I do notice that the other patients have great jobs and have things going on to where of course they're not going to be talked to or treated this way most of the clients that come in either work at the sister sites around the physical therapist office that I go to. I have no connection to any of those things so of course I'm the easy one to use as the scape goat..in my opinion. Due to these situations is why I decided to leave three stars instead of five this is a great location but there are some things that need to be discussed as far as my therapy is going. There are some other things that are concerning but I prefer to speak to the supervisor instead of putting it here.
