Finished rehab on my knee. I am so much stronger and in less pain than when I started. So impressed with Adam and Rita and how they listened to me as I progressed and adjusted my treatment plan as needed. I have clear instructions to continue my progress on my own. AWESOME GROUP OF PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES AT NOVACARE EASTGATE. VERY UPBEAT, POSITIVE, AND CARING GROUP OF PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY AWARE OF ANY PAIN YOU MAY BE GOING THROUGH AND ARE CAREFUL. ALWAYS ASKING "ARE YOU DOING OK?" EVEN THOUGH PHYSICAL THERAPY ITSELF CAN BE SOMETIMES BE DIFFICULT, THE STAFF HERE ARE HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. PT IS NOT NECESSARILY FUN, BUT THEY MAKE IT A FUN ENVIRONMENT. The staff at NovaCare Rehabilitation -Eastgate are amazing! So kind and attentive from the moment you enter. Adam was my therapist and was thorough with the excersises and answered my questions related to the program and neck strain. I began the program with little neck movement and tight shoulders. I graduated with a lot movement on the neck and with knowledge that Adam shared so I can continue my recovery with the proper exercises. Thank you to everyone at NovaCare- Eastgate!!!

I had a metal plate removed from my fibula and arthroscopy. Staff was great to work with. I work out frequently so I thought I would just get some homework and be on my way. I'm glad I kept going. I learned a lot of balance exercises that I now incorporate into my regular routine.
