I was very disappointed with the services. I was doing aquatic therapy and there was always 3-4 people in the pool at every session and appointment. The pool is too small for that many people do do therapy efficiently.

This is my second time doing rehabilitation at Nova Care and I’ve had the best experience. From ligament bruising on one ankle to breaking the other ankle they were such a big help and I am walking thanks to them! Big shoutout to G . Johnson

Every single person here was amazing! I was very reluctant to go and I was hesitating. I was literally ready to walk away. I'm so glad I didn't. Four sessions and my plantar fasciitis is gone. The exercises worked perfectly. The physical therapists we're very knowledgeable and it was so much fun to talk to them and exercise and we laughed and joked the whole time. I would have paid just to hang out LOL. Don't hesitate they're awesome!

People were nice and therapist was great however the billing process was not transparent. I tried asking questions prior to my session and the answers were not helpful. They made it clear that I would have to pay everything until my deductible was met. That was fine but they did not give me the full cost until after they billed my insurance even though they clearly would not pay anything.

Going to NovaCare really helped me recover from both my TKR. I loved my PT, Giselle, and she pushed me just enough, but not too much. I really wanted my knees to feel better so I kept going and now they feel great; so much better than bone on bone!
