NovaCare Rehabilitation in partnership with OhioHealth - Pickerington - Route 256

This is this the best PT option in Columbus,Ohio. I went here for my most serious injury and was very pleased with my treatment. Alli and Brooke are professional, caring and considerate. They do a great job of creating a personalize care plan for each patient. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with an injury or looking to get their health on track to come to this location.

I went for a new patient appointment, i filled out all the paperwork beforehand and scanned in my insurance card. I arrived to check in and the guy at the counter (who seem to have no personality or customer service skills) says I have $1600 deductible and I need to pay that, then a few moments later says I have $800 left of my deductible and it needs paid but can be split between 4 of my appointments. Here is are the issues, not once did I get anything that said the deductible had to be paid upfront, and their signage around the clinic only states copays are due at the time of appointment (which makes sense). The issue with paying a deductible upfront is, they dont know what claims that may already be pending with the insurance company (which i have) which will process before their claims are even submitted, there are contratual rates between the provider and insurance company and ontop of all that, the guy at the desk mentioned two different amounts (my deductible isn't even $1600). I am a supervisor in another facility over revenue (billing-patient accounts), i know how billing and insurance works. The way your company is doing things isn't right and I will never return and will never recommend your practice to anyone.

Great initial visit and evaluation and after the care plan and my expectations as a client was established Alli and team has done a great job. When it comes to any function that deals with physiological, exercise science and rehabilitation I may be a little more “needy” for information behind the what, how and why’s of each implementations. Once that was understood essentially Alli said, but without saying, “say no more fam I got you” 🙃. Thank you team

Alli, Brooke, and the team did a phenomenal job all around. They listened attentively to my concerns, checked in regularly to see how I was feeling, adjusted the interventions accordingly, educated me along the way and perhaps most importantly provided accountability to make sure I was doing my homework to make sure my issues resolved as quickly as possible. To date, it was, without question, my best physical therapy experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff at NovaCare on Clint Dr in Pickerington are wonderful! Their caring & professional way with patients is very much appreciated. They help you set reachable goals and give you the tools to achieve them. Recovering from foot surgery is a long process. The ladies at Novacare have given 100% to get me where I need to be.
