EXCELLENT PATIENT CARE, 5 STARS 💫💫💫💫💫 FOR THE "PATIENT FIRST" CARE GIVEN BY THE ENTIRE STAFF, I don't know where to begin, because I didn't think I would ever be able to reduce my pain levels while attempting to increase my flexibility and mobility. The entire staff, from the office manager Jenny to the staff of Physical Therapists, Brian, Frank, Joe and Bill, their overall empathy and support is something that i didn't expect. The entire staff made me feel like I'm their number 1 patient, their compassion and dedication to me is amazing and unexpected. Each therapist puts my care a priority and the motivational conversations gives me a mental boost to improve my road to recovery. In 5 years of recovery from my near death experience in 2020 where I've been homebound with overall pain levels near 10 in May 2025 to 5 -6 pain level currently is because of their "PATIENT FIRST" philosophy. The aqua therapy is incredible and the staff follows my every movement in the water, giving me technical feedback as well as motivation to improve my mobility.
It was a great decision to go to Novacare for my Physical Therapy and I intend to tell everyone I know that Novacare Aqua Therapy is the premier PATIENT CARE and PATIENT FIRST THERAPY facility in North Eastern Ohio.
