I purchased an MP3 Player from NOVAPCS PRO (sold via the Walmart website) and am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the absolute lack of customer support. The device arrived with a severely faulty battery; it holds virtually no charge, rendering the MP3 player useless unless constantly plugged in. This indicates the unit was either defective or contained old/expired components. When I contacted NOVAPCS PRO about the issue, I was met with resistance and frankly, terrible customer service. They actively refused to provide a remedy, replacement, or refund for their defective merchandise. I felt like I was being "pushed around" and deliberately stalled, wasting my time trying to resolve a problem that was entirely their fault. A merchant that sells faulty goods and then refuses to stand behind its products is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid purchasing from NOVAPCS PRO. They do not value their customers or the quality of the items they sell. Zero stars if possible.

Hi CJ, Just to clarify—this is Novatech Gaming, not “NOVAPCS PRO.” We build gaming PCs and have never stocked or sold MP3 players. It appears this review was left for the wrong business. We’d appreciate it being corrected or removed. Thanks.

Great service. Awesome build and they saved me almost a thousand bucks compared to big online custom building pc companies. I drove 2 hours from Maryland and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend this company.
