I am clueless about fixing all things car related. Scott, his wife, his son and crew always give me the “real” information that I need to keep my truck running smoothly at all times. The price is very reasonable. They are wonderful! This car has to last. Currently on 169,999 miles.
Scott did his usual great job and kept me informed on progress and quickly got me back on the road.
I always feel confident that my car will be taken care of and I will not be overcharged or charged for unnecessary repairs.
Thank you for the car you gave my car, your extra support and communication is truly appriciated.
My wife had her car worked on ….brakes and bearings…Scott took great care of her as always ! We are always happy with his work and help!
Scott, Wife, and Son are a great family business who listens to their customers car issues, repairs them in a timely manner, are polite and fair. Scott takes a lot of pride in his work and is a great Car Mechanic along with his son with many years of experience. We were extremely happy we went to Novato Auto…
Great service, diagnosed an electronic issue two other garages could not. Trusted their service so much had them fix several other issues. Great, honest, service. Definitely recommend.
Great service!
Scott and his team are honest, smart, and will let you know what, exactly, needs to be done. I keep going back when needed.
Found problem quickly. Charge was reasonable.
Took my RV here for an overall mechanical inspection and had a tune-up, fluids changed, filters changed, cleaning of A/C mechanicals, new brakes. All done quickly and for very reasonable rates. Great communication.
As always, Novato Auto dealt with issues of my 2001 Dodge, Dakota, in a timely, professional manner. I have never had an issue with the crew or workmanship of this awesome and honest auto repair shop. They are an asset to our community. We have been loyal customers for many decades... and they very loyal to us. Highly recommend!!!!!
