NAS was able to service my truck within 2 days of calling them. They completed the service and brake repair the same day. Scott and crew at Novato Auto Service are top notch. Brought my car in around 10 am ( routine maintenance & inspection). And it was finished by the end of the day. Another 5 star experience!
Always done right and on time. Happy to recommend this business
They work so harder and faster, the service was great
Have been honest and haven’t had any issues with the quality of their work.
We love doing business at Novato Auto Service. They are good folks. They do good work and I trust them. The first time we brought our car to Scott we thought we had a serious problem. Scott checked it out and test drove it and explained that it was a simple thing. Fixed it and didn't charge us. He made up customers for life.
Great work. Good service and price.

I have been going to Novato Auto Service after reading about them on the next door app. Scott & his shop are great! They find the problem, remedy the situation as effectively, efficiently, & affordable as possible. I appreciate their honesty So glad I found them.
Scott and his team are honest, smart, and will let you know what, exactly, needs to be done. I keep going back when needed.
Took my RV here for an overall mechanical inspection and had a tune-up, fluids changed, filters changed, cleaning of A/C mechanicals, new brakes. All done quickly and for very reasonable rates. Great communication.
Novato Auto Service is my choice of mechanic for my cars... they are great.
Incredible service. Fixed all the issues I had. Glad to find Scott and his team. They are my go-to guys now!
