I am clueless about fixing all things car related. Scott, his wife, his son and crew always give me the “real” information that I need to keep my truck running smoothly at all times. The price is very reasonable. They are wonderful! This car has to last. Currently on 169,999 miles.
NAS was able to service my truck within 2 days of calling them. They completed the service and brake repair the same day. I was alerted via text with the results of the service and the estimate for repair which I was very easily able to sign via that text link. Very convenient! The price was very fair and the staff…
Honest, quick service, and competent pricing!
Always great honest service without price gouging
We love doing business at Novato Auto Service. They are good folks. They do good work and I trust them. The first time we brought our car to Scott we thought we had a serious problem. Scott checked it out and test drove it and explained that it was a simple thing. Fixed it and didn't charge us. He made up customers for life.
Great work. Good service and price.

Great people, great service. My Fiat needs a full service soon, and I'll be taking it here.
Scott and his team are honest, smart, and will let you know what, exactly, needs to be done. I keep going back when needed.
Took my RV here for an overall mechanical inspection and had a tune-up, fluids changed, filters changed, cleaning of A/C mechanicals, new brakes. All done quickly and for very reasonable rates. Great communication.
As always, Novato Auto dealt with issues of my 2001 Dodge, Dakota, in a timely, professional manner. We have been loyal customers for many decades... and they very loyal to us. Highly recommend!!!!!

I really was hoping to have a good experience, but unfortunately it left me feeling unsatisfied and inconvenienced. I brought my subaru in to address the rotors, breaks and wheel bearings. I was told it would be done at the end of the day and it would cost me around $1200. I ended up walking around Novato the…
